Good Food, Good Friends, Good Fun, LLC (hereinafter called the “Management”) produced
event tickets are a revocable license allowing access to said exhibition (hereinafter called
the “Event”). Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of Management or
the Event and will not be replaced. Session tickets within the Event are limited and are sold
on a first come, first serve basis. Onsite tickets, when available, may be sold for cash only.
Last call for alcohol is 20 minutes prior to the event ending and last pour is 15 minutes prior.
Advance ticket sales close the Friday before the event date at 5pm or whenever tickets are
sold out. Tickets are FINAL SALE with a strict no refund policy. The Event is RAIN or


Tickets will NOT be sent to your mailing address. A ticket will be provided electronically as
an email. Tickets must be presented via printout or electronically in order to gain entry into
the Event. Also needed to gain entry into the Event is presentation of a valid ID (Driver’s
License or other Government Issued form of ID). All ticket sales are final, upon purchase.
Tickets are subject to taxes and fees. Tickets are subject to an Event delay, postponement,
date change or venue change at Management’s sole discretion. Buyer beware when buying

All ticket holders agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by Management
and the Event, and a violation of such rules and regulations can be cause for termination of
the license granted herein, forfeiture of this ticket and the removal from the Event. This
ticket cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from
Management. Resale of this ticket is not permitted. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket.
Management reserves the right to revoke this ticket and cancel all privileges connected
therein as well as to remove any individuals for including but not limited to intoxication,
fighting and/or rudeness without a refund.

Consumption of Alcohol. Participants twenty-one (21) years of age and older

understand that they are able to drink alcohol during the designated event(s) hosted by GF3,

should they choose to do so and wholly at their own discretion. Alcohol

consumption shall be at Participant’s own discretion, risk and liability. ALL liability resides with the ticket holder. GF3 is not responsible for any activity outside of the event that may be the result of over consumption of alcohol. Participant will be required to produce government-issued photo identification prior to participating in events if he or she wishes to partake in any alcohol during the Events. GF3 reserves the right to excuse any Participant from the events if said Participant becomes inebriated and misbehaves or has the potential to cause harm to him or herself or any other person or persons.


Pets are not allowed. All service dogs must register in advance

upon arrival with proper service dog documentation. Ticket holders hereby consent to the
reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Event, which
inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection. Management reserves the right
to check all bags and coolers. There is no guarantee of no lines with the purchase of a
ticket. No outside glassware or alcohol is allowed. All alcoholic drinks must be samples from
the tasting glass/cup provided with your ticket. All drink items listed on the “Drink Menu” are
subject to change and beer and wine selection is approximate. Drink flavors and styles may
change without notice and may run out as each day goes on. The pur
chase of a ticket does
not guarantee that any one flavor, style or brand advertised prior to the Event will be
available. Ticket price does not include the guarantee of an autograph. Tables and chairs
are on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee of a table or chair with the
purchase of a ticket. Beware of “driving while intoxicated laws” and plan accordingly. Please
drink responsibly.


In the event of a data breach from this site or any site owned and operated by Management,
purchaser agrees to hold Management harmless.
By utilizing this ticket or entering onto the grounds of the Event, ticket holders voluntarily
assume all risk and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or
subsequent to the actual Event, including the risk of being injured by any food, drink,
exhibit, tent, building (or chattels), Management, exhibitor in the Event, staff member of
Management, subcontracted worker or by another ticket holder, or performer. As a ticket
holder, you release Management, its affiliates and subsidiaries, the Event, the facility and
staff where the Event is being held, Event sponsors, vendors and volunteers, participating
exhibitors and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities arising out of such cases. An
inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases exists in any public
place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can
lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the Event, Ticket holders voluntarily assume all
risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Ticket holder grants
permission to Management to utilize their image or likeness incidental to any live or
recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event.
You agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or
reproduction of the Event, without the specific advance written permission of Management.
